The fit is unisex and true to size, S to 2XL. If you genuinely don't know, the safest bet is the size they already wear in a normal T-shirt — every product page has the exact measurements in centimetres. Get it wrong and they have 14 days to send it back; be aware the return postage is theirs to pay, typically €5–15, so it's worth two minutes of guessing well.
Nothing is made until it's ordered. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then it ships — so allow roughly 6–13 business days to the UK or the US, less inside the EU. Full estimates on the shipping page. Leaving it to the last week is the one way to be disappointed.
The parcel is unbranded on the outside and nothing inside mentions the print partner. If the print is faulty or it arrives damaged, that's on us — email help@planvstore.com within 30 days and it's remade or refunded, at no cost to anyone, usually without sending it back.
