TERMS &
CONDITIONS.
Last updated 14 July 2026
These terms govern every purchase made at planvstore.com. They are written for consumers buying from the European Union and they do not remove any right the law already gives the buyer.
1. The seller
Plan V is a vegan apparel brand operated by Reisper, a company registered in Portugal. Reisper is the seller and the counterparty to every contract of sale concluded through this store.

The registered office is an administrative address, not a shop, and does not receive returns or visits. Returns are handled by email — see Returns & Refunds.
2. What these terms cover
These terms apply to the sale of printed apparel to consumers through planvstore.com. Buying anything from the store means accepting them. Business or wholesale purchases are not made through the storefront — they go through help@planvstore.com and are governed by a separate agreement.
3. The products
Plan V sells T-shirts, sweatshirts and hoodies carrying Plan V's own designs, in sizes S to 2XL. Every piece is printed on demand: nothing is made until it is ordered.
- The buyer chooses from a fixed catalogue of designs, garment types, colours and sizes. Nothing is made to the buyer's own specification and nothing is personalised with the buyer's own text or images.
- Product photographs are mockups. Screens render colour differently, and direct-to-garment printing carries a small tolerance in print placement and shade. Minor variation of this kind is normal and is not a defect.
- Fit and measurements are on each product page. Sizes are unisex.
- A design can be withdrawn from sale at any time, which does not affect orders already accepted.
4. How an order becomes a contract
- The buyer adds items to the bag and starts checkout.
- Checkout takes place on a payment page hosted by Stripe, where the buyer enters the delivery address and pays. Before paying, the buyer sees the items, the sizes, the quantities, any discount and the total to be charged. This is the last moment to correct an input error — using the browser's back button or closing the page cancels the process.
- Placing the order is an offer to buy. Plan V is not bound by it yet.
- The contract is concluded when Plan V confirms the order by email. If the order cannot be accepted — an unavailable garment, a delivery address that cannot be served, a failed payment, a suspected fraudulent order — the buyer is told and any amount charged is refunded in full.
The contract language is English. Plan V does not file the contract text; the order confirmation email contains the order details and should be kept.
5. Prices and taxes
- Prices are shown in euro (EUR) and are the final price for the goods, including any tax that applies.
- Shipping is free, worldwide. No shipping cost, handling fee or surcharge is added at checkout. The amount shown before payment is the amount charged.
- Discounts apply automatically or through a valid promotion code. The Buy-2-save-15% discount and a promotion code cannot be combined on the same order.
- Prices can change at any time; the price that counts is the one shown when the order is placed.
- Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees in the destination country. These are set by that country, are not collected by Plan V, and are payable by the recipient. See Shipping.
- If a price is displayed with an obvious error — a figure so wrong that the buyer could reasonably have spotted it — Plan V may refuse the order and refund it in full rather than deliver at that price.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Plan V never sees or stores card details. Depending on the country, the payment page accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and local methods such as MB WAY and Multibanco.
The full amount is charged when the order is placed. Production only starts once the payment has settled. If the payment is declined or reversed, the order is not produced.
7. Delivery
Production and delivery times, countries served and tracking are set out on the Shipping page. Delivery is made within 30 days of the contract at the latest, unless something else has been agreed. If Plan V misses that deadline, the buyer may set an additional reasonable period and, if that too passes, terminate the contract and be refunded in full.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the buyer, or someone the buyer has designated other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
8. The right of withdrawal — 14 days
A consumer buying at a distance has 14 days from receiving the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason (Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU).
Plan V's garments are chosen from a fixed catalogue, so the exception for goods "made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised" does not apply. The right of withdrawal applies in full. Full instructions and the model withdrawal form are on the Returns & Refunds page.
9. Legal guarantee of conformity
The goods must match their description and be of the quality a buyer can reasonably expect. Under Decreto-Lei n.º 84/2021, a consumer has a legal guarantee of three years from delivery in respect of any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery. Within that period the consumer may require the goods to be brought into conformity — repair or replacement — or, where that is impossible or disproportionate, a price reduction or termination of the contract with a refund.
Ordinary wear, damage caused by misuse, and failure to follow the care instructions are not lacks of conformity. Faults are reported to help@planvstore.com with a photograph and the order reference.
10. Liability
Plan V is liable for damage caused by its failure to perform this contract, as provided by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury, for fraud, for gross negligence, or any liability that the law does not permit to be excluded. Plan V is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, natural disasters or the acts of a public authority.
11. Complaints and dispute resolution
Complaints go first to help@planvstore.com, which answers within two business days.
A consumer may also use the Portuguese electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
In a consumer dispute, the consumer may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body (entidade de resolução alternativa de litígios de consumo), under Lei n.º 144/2015. The bodies competent for Reisper are:
- CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo, the residual national centre: www.cniacc.pt
- CIAB — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (Tribunal Arbitral de Consumo), competent for the district of Reisper's registered office: www.ciab.pt
The full list of Portuguese ADR bodies is published by the Directorate-General for the Consumer at www.consumidor.gov.pt. The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased to operate on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. A consumer resident in another EU Member State keeps the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of that country, and may bring proceedings in the courts of their own place of residence.
13. Changes
These terms may change. The version that applies to an order is the one published when the order was placed. The date at the top shows the current version.
