SHIPPING.

Nothing at Plan V is pre-made. A garment is printed after the order is paid for, then shipped. That adds a few days at the front of the process and removes a warehouse full of unsold stock from the back of it.
1. Free, worldwide
Shipping is free to every country Plan V serves. There is no minimum order, no shipping line at checkout and no handling fee. The price shown on the product page is the price charged.
2. How an order is produced
Plan V's designs are printed on blank garments by its print partner, Printful, using direct-to-garment printing. Orders are routed to the production facility closest to the delivery address — orders delivered inside the EU are printed and dispatched from inside the EU. Parcels are unbranded on the outside and carry no third-party marketing: nothing in the box mentions the print partner.
Production takes 2 to 5 business days for most orders. Sweatshirts, hoodies and large orders sit at the longer end of that range.
3. Delivery estimates
The figures below are for delivery after production, in business days. Add the 2–5 production days to get the total time from order to doorstep.
| Destination | Delivery after dispatch | Typical total |
|---|---|---|
| Portugal & Spain | 2–5 business days | 4–10 business days |
| Rest of the European Union | 3–7 business days | 5–12 business days |
| United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway | 4–8 business days | 6–13 business days |
| United States & Canada | 4–8 business days | 6–13 business days |
| Rest of the world | 5–15 business days | 7–20 business days |
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, peak seasons and public holidays can add time. What is not an estimate: under EU law, delivery is made within 30 days of the contract at the latest. If Plan V misses that, the buyer may set an additional reasonable period and, if that too passes, cancel the order and get a full refund.
4. Tracking
A tracking link is emailed when the parcel is dispatched. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan after the email arrives — that is the carrier's system catching up, not a lost parcel.
5. Orders in more than one parcel
An order containing several items may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels, on different days. Each parcel gets its own tracking link. There is no extra charge for this.
6. Countries served
Plan V ships to more than 220 countries and territories. The complete, current list is the country selector on the payment page — if a country appears there, it can be shipped to.
Plan V does not ship to countries under international sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria), nor to the small number of territories for which the payment provider cannot collect a valid address.
7. Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders delivered inside the European Union: the price paid is the final price. Nothing further is due on delivery.
Orders delivered outside the European Union: the destination country may charge import duties, import VAT or a customs handling fee. These are set and collected by that country's authorities, are not included in the price, and are payable by the recipient. Plan V has no control over them and cannot predict or refund them. A parcel refused at customs and returned is refunded minus any cost incurred.
8. Wrong or incomplete addresses
The delivery address is entered by the customer on the payment page and is used exactly as given. If a parcel comes back as undeliverable because the address was wrong or incomplete, Plan V gets in touch: reshipping to a corrected address is charged at cost, or the order is refunded minus that cost. Address corrections after an order is placed should be emailed to help@planvstore.com immediately — once production starts, the label cannot be changed.
9. Something went wrong
A parcel that is lost, badly delayed, damaged in transit or misprinted is Plan V's problem, not the customer's. Email help@planvstore.com with the order reference and Plan V remakes or refunds it. Full detail on the Returns & Refunds page — which also covers the 14-day right to change one's mind.
